The directors present their statement together with the audited combined financial statements of the Group for the financial year ended 30
September 2015 and statement of financial position and statement of changes in equity of the Company for the financial period from 4 February
2015 (date of incorporation) to 30 September 2015.
In the opinion of the directors, the combined financial statements of the Group and the statement of financial position and statement of changes
in equity of the Company as set out on pages 36 to 78 are drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and
of the Company as at September 30, 2015, and the financial performance, changes in equity and cash flows of the Group for the year then ended
and changes in equity of the Company for the financial period from 4 February 2015 (date of incorporation) to 30 September 2015, and at the
date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts when they fall due.
